You’ve reached our divorce mediation client portal and we want to first congratulate you on your wise decision to use mediation to create your divorce settlement yourselves, and secondly, to thank you for choosing the RI Divorce Mediation Center and trusting in us to assist and guide you through the mediation process.
What you’ll find here are our forms we ask that you fill out and return to us 3-4 days before your mediation sessions begin. Just as importantly, you’ll also find some helpful checklists and other useful, must read information we’ve assembled to help you stay well informed and organized throughout the mediation process.
You’ll also find some strongly recommended reading in the form of a number of e-books your mediator Lori Grover, NCM has authored on different aspects of divorce. These were based on our own personal divorce experiences, published clinical research and our professional experience serving our clients over the past 11 years – not only here in Rhode Island and southern New England, but all over the USA and even such far-flung places such as China (via teleconferencing, of course). We’re confident you’ll find the information they contain very helpful in avoiding the pitfalls and mistakes divorcing couples often make when they decide to divorce.
